Hi, I'm Clayton! I'm passionate about personal finance and love diving into the details—whether it's learning, teaching, or helping others take control of their money with confidence.
After years of studying personal finance, I know how overwhelming it can feel. I never want anyone to feel self-conscious about their financial situation. Whether you're a content creator, have made financial choices you're not proud of, or feel completely lost when it comes to money, Financially Proud is a judgment-free space designed to set you up for success.
I'm also a member of the Association for Financial Counseling & Planning Education® (AFCPE®), a leading financial education and counseling organization. Through AFCPE, I stay updated on best practices in financial coaching, ensuring I provide reliable, research-backed guidance that helps people make informed decisions about their money. As a member, I am not a salesman but a coach committed to providing you with the best strategies to achieve your goals.
Outside of finance, I enjoy weightlifting, yoga, and cycling. I grew up on a potato farm in a one-stoplight town in Idaho, went to college in Utah, spent over 10 years in Houston, Texas, and now call Las Vegas home.
